Welcome to ASPIRE (Association of Small, Progressive, Innovative & Rising Enterprises). By becoming a member of ASPIRE or using our website and services, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with membership, payments, or service use.

1. Membership Eligibility

  • Membership is open to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Startups, Entrepreneurs, and Business Owners who wish to access ASPIRE’s services.

  • All membership applications are subject to approval by ASPIRE. The organization reserves the right to reject any application without assigning a reason.

2. Membership Tenure & Renewal

  • Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of activation.

  • Members may renew their membership by paying the applicable renewal fee before expiry.

  • Failure to renew within the stipulated time will result in suspension of membership benefits.

3. Services Covered Under Membership

  • ASPIRE provides advisory, mentorship, knowledge dissemination, and handholding support to members.

  • Services include guidance on government schemes, subsidies, grants, incubation opportunities, credit facilitation, and business advisory.

  • ASPIRE does not guarantee sanction or approval of government schemes, subsidies, loans, or grants. Final decisions rest solely with the respective government or financial authorities.

4. Fees & Payments

  • Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

  • Fees paid to ASPIRE cover only the services offered by the organization. Any government charges, application fees, or third-party costs are to be borne separately by the member.

  • All payments must be made through authorized and secure payment channels only.

5. Member Responsibilities

By joining ASPIRE, members agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and communication.

  • Use ASPIRE’s services in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

  • Not misuse membership benefits for fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • ASPIRE acts as a facilitator and advisory organization. While we strive to provide accurate information and support, we do not guarantee outcomes of government schemes, funding, or approvals.

  • ASPIRE shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, delays, or rejections arising from third-party authorities, including government bodies, banks, or financial institutions.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, materials, publications, and resources on the ASPIRE website are the intellectual property of ASPIRE.

  • Members and visitors may not copy, reproduce, or distribute these materials without prior written permission.

8. Termination of Membership

  • ASPIRE reserves the right to terminate or suspend a membership if a member violates these Terms & Conditions, provides false information, or engages in misconduct.

  • No refunds will be provided in such cases.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • ASPIRE values and protects member data. Information shared with ASPIRE will be used strictly for providing services and support, in line with our Privacy Policy.

  • Personal and business details will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law or for scheme processing.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising out of ASPIRE membership or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City/State where ASPIRE is registered].
