Notably, in June 2013, he played a key role during the natural disaster in Uttarakhand, successfully navigating the complexities of the crisis. Again, in August 2017, when Hurricane Irma—one of the deadliest cyclones in the United States—struck Florida, he single-handedly coordinated the evacuation of all Indian delegates in Orlando. These experiences showcase his decisiveness and commitment to the welfare of those he leads.

Vision & Mission

His objective is to establish a dynamic and efficient support system for MSMEs, with the goal of enhancing their overall health to generate sufficient employment opportunities and deliver quality jobs for the nation's youth. Strengthening the MSME sector is also expected to have a positive impact on the Indian economy, leading to increased spending power among MSMEs and subsequently boosting national consumption.

Additionally, he is actively engaged in compiling critical data for the advancement of printing education and skill development. CHD-14: Committee for developing standards for printing inks, including new food-safe printing standards (2023) and health/safety standards for toys, stationery, and children's schoolbooks.

MED-25: Committee for standards on printing machines, pre-press, and post-press machines. As Convenor, led preparation of three new standards including IS 11610:2022 for rubber rollers and IS 12619:2022 (safety code for printing industry).

Success Stories - Crisis Management

Uttarakhand Natural Disaster - June 2013

Situation: During pilgrimage to Gurdwara Sri Hemkunt Sahib (15,220 feet altitude) when sudden downpour caused natural disaster.

Challenge: No electricity or mobile connectivity, with 5,000 devotees stranded on Gurdwara campus. Limited rations and fuel for generators.

Action: Took charge using satellite phone, managed crisis for 10 days, coordinated with Indian Army for evacuation.

Result: Successfully evacuated all devotees with zero casualties. Last person to return to Rishikesh after ensuring everyone's safety.

Orlando, USA - Hurricane Irma - August 2017

Situation: Leading 20-member delegation to international printing exhibition in Orlando when Cyclone Irma warning issued.

Challenge: Airport fully booked, last flight scheduled before indefinite airport closure due to cyclone.

Action: Coordinated with Indian consulate and United Airlines for 24 hours, secured emergency seats for entire delegation.

Result: Evacuated all 20 delegates on 7:30 AM flight (last flight at 5:00 PM). Airport remained closed for 20 days after evacuation.
